Very quickly and efficiently. One particular case was a house fire. Within 90mins of reporting Stuart from Oakleafe was at the clients premises reporting the claim to our clients insurers and arranging alternate accomodation. Excellent service from Leion , he made everything clear and easy. Following a leak from upstairs flat, he got me a marvellous pay out from the insurance company who tried very hard to palm me off with a derisory amount, he never gave up until the full amount was paid out, I didn’t have to do a thing, he dealt so effectively with their suveyors and persisted .
